How SOY Achieves Success
SOY engages various types of mentoring: virtual mentoring, group mentoring; dialogue, team building, role-play and uses an evidence based decision making curriculum to help youth achieved success.

Our vision is to engage our young in a collaborative effort with the Greater Baltimore Community, Law Enforcement Officers, Criminal Justice Professionals, and Educators to foster healthy mentor/mentee relationships to strengthen the community.
